Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the editing of the company's employment settlement materials;

  • Carry out the optimization of existing settled products, including: A. responsible for the settlement information and policy update of overseas returnees; B. settlement materials, production, proofreading and uploading; C. sorting and uploading of contracts

  • Arrange and manage the work related to the preliminary review and filing of settled materials;

  • Be responsible for the inquiry and updating of the police station process in the later stage;

  • Be responsible for customers' questions and answers on content to ensure timeliness and accuracy;

  • Ensure the timely update and accuracy of customer material information;

  • Ensure the sorting, release and training of basic knowledge documents before each product project goes online;

  • Maintenance and referral of existing contracted customers;

  • Complete other temporary work of the Department.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, overseas study experience;

  • Be familiar with relevant information and professional knowledge such as transcripts, entry-exit and credits;

  • Good logical thinking ability, and can think about the needs from many aspects, including enterprise needs, customer ability and understanding;

  • Independent thinking, innovative thinking and awareness, strong sense of responsibility, excellent ability to analyze and solve problems, and full of passion for challenging problems;

  • Have a good sense of customer service and teamwork spirit, be able to take responsibility and be dedicated to their posts; Able to bear hardships, willing to learn and work steadfastly;

  • Excellent expression, organization and communication skills, initiative and strong sense of responsibility.

岗位职责:

  • 管理和执行公司还过求职落户资料的编辑;

  • 对现有落户产品的优化工作开展,以下包括: A. 负责海归落户信息以及政策更新 B.落户材料、制作、校对、上传工作 C.合同的整理和上传 

  • 安排管理落户材料预审和调档的相关工作;

  • 负责后期派出所流程的问询和更新整理工作;

  • 负责客户对于内容方面的提问和答疑工作,确保及时性和准确性;

  • 确保客户材料信息的及时更新以及准确性;

  • 确保每一个产品项目上线前,基础知识文件的整理、发布、培训;

  • 现有已签约客户的维护和转介绍对接;

  • 完成本部门的其他临时性工作 。


岗位要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,海外留学经验;

  • 熟悉成绩单和出入境以及学分等相关信息、专业知识扎实;

  • 良好的逻辑思维能力,可以从包括企业需求、客户能力与理解等多方面思考需求;

  • 能独立思考,具有创新的思维和意识,极强的责任心,优秀的分析和解决问题的能力,对挑战性问题充满激情;

  • 具有良好的客户服务意识及团队合作精神,能够承担责任,敬业爱岗;能吃苦,肯学习,踏实肯干;

  • 优秀的表达能力和组织、沟通能力、积极主动、责任心强。
