Responsibilities:

• Independently study and master various settlement policies and complete skills courses and assessments required for relevant work;

• Responsible for the mining and maintenance of potential customers in various platforms (Xiaohong, Zhi Yu, jitter, etc.), and choose the platform that you are good at (result oriented) tiktok;

• Analyze customers, establish and improve customer files, set different operation strategies and objectives for different customers, promote adaptive settled products, and be familiar with the situation of customers;

Job Qualifications:

• Have good communication skills and provide professional consulting services for foreign students to settle down;

岗位职责:

• 自主学习和掌握各项落户政策并完成相关工作所需技能课程和考核；

• 负责各个平台渠道（小红书、知乎、抖音等）的潜在客户挖掘与维护，可选择自己擅长的平台（结果导向）；

• 分析客户、建立完善客户档案，针对不同客户设定不同的运营策略和目标，推广适配落户产品，要达到对客户各项情况了如指掌；

• 与客户保持联络沟通，协助客户咨询落户事宜至签约；

• 定期向上级反馈客户跟进情况

• 具备良好的沟通能力，为留学生落户提供专业的咨询服务；

• 不限工作经验，了解留学生群体更优；
